Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced and strategic HR Business Partners (HRBP) to support the growth and transformation of Meratus Groups diverse business units across shipping, logistics, terminal operations, commercial trade, and corporate functions. These roles will work closely with senior leaders across multiple portfolios to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural alignment .

Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters or MBA Preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering or HR generalist role.
- Stable Work‑History supporting diverse business functions across the Shipping, Transportation or Logistics Industry will be highly regarded . Candidates with similar stable backgrounds from symbiotic industries are also encouraged to apply.
