Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join SEC Bowl, Indonesia's leading salted-egg chicken brand with 50+ outlets across Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya. The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services required for our Central Kitchen, Warehouse & Logistics, and outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms in quality, pricing, and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure consistent supply of key raw materials (rice, chicken, eggs, sauces, packaging, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Operations, Central Kitchen, and Supply Chain teams to forecast needs and manage purchase planning.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and cost-control targets.
  • Manage and lead the Purchasing team, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost savings initiatives, and market trend updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (experience with ESB or Runchise is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.
