Overview
This contractual role is responsible for our Raw Material (Potatoes) inspection, monitoring and implementation of QC. This include tuber testing, sample collection, lab testing, records verification and finalization before release of material. This position will handle our incoming raw material at PepsiCo Plant and our Third Party Company
Responsibilities
- Conduct tuber testing for potatoes and record verification
- Analyze incoming potatoes
- Conduct testing as per PepsiCo standard method on timely manner.
- Ensure all production records for critical quality monitoring is verified and passed.
- Ensure lab equipment and all apparatus are in good condition, calibrated, and ready to use at all time.
- Responsible to prepared chemical for the use of laboratory and also production station lab.
- Responsible to follow all Safety protocol
Requirements
- Have experience in QC department for manufacturing. Food industry is an advantage
- Diploma/ vocational degree for Chemical, Chemical Analyst, Food Tech, Agrocultural
- Willing to work in shift
- Open to accept - fresh candidate with positive attitude
