The Customer Service is responsible to support logistic products and services, and deliver excellent customer care. A highly self motivated, customer service enthusiast, fluent in SLAs management and their concepts with outstanding communication skills is the desired profile. Familiar with incident management tools and service/help desk operations.
Duties:
- Consistently provide superior Customer Service
- Resolve customer problem/issues in a timely manner
- Influence and direct their work towards customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
- Proven experience as Customer Service Supervisor in logistic or shipping company
- Fluent in SLAs management and their concepts
- Outstanding communication skills
- A team player and highly motivated person
