Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Tangerang. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, assisting with technical inquiries, contributing to sales presentations, and identifying customer needs. They will also focus on maintaining customer relationships, solving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support skills and ability to handle technical inquiries
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Tangerang
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the filtration and industrial equipment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
