Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage the company's legal documents.
  • Handle company permits and licenses, including applications, renewals, and compliance updates.
  • Support relevant departments with contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, corporate law, civil law, and business regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in contract drafting and legal analysis.
  • Added Value: Previous experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction-related regulations and contracts, as well as familiarity with legal aspects of tenders and project development.
