Minimum 2 years in B2B sales (building materials, flooring, or construction)
Job Description:
• Build and expand dealer, distributor, and reseller networks for UPVC flooring products
• Conduct market visits and present product advantages to potential partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets (approx. 200 tons/month company target)
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Report weekly sales progress and competitor updates to management
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven track record in selling building materials or related industrial products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Own vehicle preferred
