Job Role
Quality Control Analyst responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards. Quality Control Analyst in charge for test products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure quality levels are met.
Responsibility
- Carry out product tests and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting all defects
- Responsible for checking, progressing and collating accurate and inspection records
- Provide technical support in the areas of product pre-delivery inspection, Goods Inwards, and Production line Quality support activities.
- Inspect and auditing of all components and all stages of the manufacturing process
- Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving product quality
- Report at regular improvement meetings, providing secure preventative actions to external and internal quality related concerns
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
- Maintain, promote and participate actively in the activities of Lamipak Continuous Improvement system (LCI).
- Participate in any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor, on time with good quality and results
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferred from Chemical, Biology, or relate natural science major.
- Solid understanding of test equipment
- Have 2 years of inspection and/or production experience is favorable
- Proficient in english, speaking, reading, and listening
- Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
- Experience of working in Quality Assurance/Control would be advantageous
- Awareness of six sigma techniques/ Kaizen would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
- Willing to work in 3 shift arrangement
- Willing to be placed in Cikande (Serang area)
