We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as Creative Director. This role is responsible for driving creative concepts, managing the creative team, and ensuring the execution of high-quality and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities- Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts for campaigns, content, and brand activations.
- Lead the creative process across storytelling, copywriting, and visual direction (design, typography, color, and multimedia).
- Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, editors, scriptwriters, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, video, and production teams to deliver cohesive and compelling outputs.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, trend-driven ideas aligned with brand vision.
- Deliver persuasive creative presentations and pitches to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure creative outputs stay relevant with pop culture, digital marketing, and creative industry trends.
- Drive the creative direction of Sinergi Group's new business unit by developing commercially viable creative products, services, and project concepts.
- Ensure every creative initiative and project proposal is aligned with the business strategy and contributes to revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Arts, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of proven experience in the creative industry (agency, production house, digital media, or brand side).
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing impactful works.
- Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and collaborating across functions.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and aesthetic sense with a high standard for design quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with pop culture, digital content trends, and creative innovations.
- Visionary, adaptable, and able to set long-term creative direction while responding to fast-changing trends.
