Provide timely and effective Level 1 IT support, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues

Develop and be the gatekeeper of documented and mapped application standards.

Responsible for the maintenance of computer systems, such as servers, laptops, desktops, CCTV, fax copiers, phone system etc.

Resolve technical problems reported by all system users.

Manage users' system change or data update requests.

Manage users' expectations and ensure that they are aware of IT operating and security policies and procedures.

Maintain strong understanding of out IT infrastructure, systems and applications.

Provide guidance to employees on basic IT procedures, best practices, and new technologies

Assist in other IT-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Carry out data backups regularly

Requirement :

Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent from a related discipline

1 year of relevant work experience

Experience with troubleshooting Hardware and software, router, switch, and LAN/WAN

Knowledge in JavaScript, Phyton, and C++

Mastering operating systems, such as Windows, macOS and Linux

Ability to handle viruses and malware

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
