Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (F&B is prioritized)
· Good negotiation and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and purchasing or ERP systems.
· Knowledge of supplier sourcing and basic procurement procedures.
· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Preffered with F&B Backgrounds
Job Desk :
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and update supplier database and purchasing records.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
- Review and verify product quality and quantity upon delivery.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure good cooperation.
- Assist in preparing purchasing reports and documentation.
