- Supervise the daily operations of the industrial water (IW) and wastewater (WW) distribution pipeline networks within the industrial estate.
Monitor pipeline systems, valves, and flow meters to ensure optimal performance without leakage or disruption.
Control the wastewater flow from tenants to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in accordance with required capacity and quality standards.
Manage the industrial water distribution network from the IWTP (Industrial Water Treatment Plant) to tenants, ensuring adequate capacity and supply.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the pipeline system.
Supervise routine inspection activities, including leak detection, pressure testing, and flow monitoring.
Coordinate pipeline repairs (leakage, sedimentation, blockages) with technical teams and contractors.
Collaborate with IWTP/WWTP operations teams, Estate Management, and Tenant Relations regarding water distribution and wastewater management requirements.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (flow rate, water quality, incidents, repairs).
Handle tenant requests for new tapping, capacity changes, or network modifications.
Ensure all activities comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pipeline operations, water distribution, or wastewater management.
- Strong understanding of IWTP and WWTP processes, pipeline systems, valves, and flow meters.
- Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and pipeline safety procedures.
