Responsibilities- Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.
- Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.
- Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
- Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.
- Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales and R&D teams (in China) to provide support for local clients.
- Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
- Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS / payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open-minded with a positive working attitude, capable of multitasking.
- Independent, proactive, taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
