Pt. Natari Pratama is founded on 2007. As a Outsourcing, Offshoring and Headhunter company we provide many service for our client solutions such as Cleaning Service, Security, Admin, Etc. Currently we're opening a Vacancy for our Offshore Client.

Position: AR Admin Staff

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements daily using XERO.
  • Maintain client billing records and ensure invoices are aligned with project or service agreements.
  • Handle document control, data entry, and client correspondence related to accounting and tax matters.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skill; written and verbal in English (IELTS test will be a plus point)
  • 1 year of experience in an AR/Finance role
  • A willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work (crucial)
  • An interest in undertaking training and development to learn new skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
