You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understand the Electrical standards, Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Basic PLC & HMI, and K3 Standards for Electrical Equipment Installation.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for research and communication.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset.
  • Previous experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or product development is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
