Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the procurement and procurement process for goods and services according to company needs.
- Search for, select, and establish relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Create and manage purchasing administration such as Purchase Orders and contracts.
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in the procurement process.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Maximum Age 30 Years
- Minimum Vocational High School/High School Education
- 1–2 years of work experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Administration for Electrical & Automation is preferred
Technical Competencies:
- Understand the flow and procedures for purchasing goods and services.
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong analytical skills for data processing and problem solving
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, neat, and detailed in processing data and documents.
- Able to work based on targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Understanding of tax regulations related to purchasing (PPN, PPh). (Value-added)
- Extensive network of vendors/suppliers in related fields. (Value-added)
- Understanding of logistics flow and inventory management. (Value-added)
