Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Naganaya's event, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end event operations, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Manage digital marketing channels (website, social media, newsletters) to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and strategic partners to enhance collaboration and brand reputation.
- Oversee marketing and event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously improve marketing and event processes, introducing innovative ideas to strengthen Naganaya's position in the MICE industry.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Marketing Communication, preferably with hands-on skills in copywriting, visual communication (DKV), and press release writing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on building positive client relationships.
- Proficient in social media management, digital marketing tools, and creative content development.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the confidence to communicate across diverse teams and partners.
