Job Description:

  • Regional Store Operations Coordination: Responsible for the management of stores (directly-operated and authorized) in the designated area, formulating sales plans, promoting the achievement of sales targets, and increasing market share in the assigned area.

  • Regional Store Operations Management: Responsible for the implementation and inspection of daily operations management standards in the stores of the assigned area, following up and executing market activities, and enhancing brand image.

  • Regional Team Management: Responsible for managing the team in the assigned area, empowering and training personnel, and building a talent pipeline.

  • Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform, collaboratively promote regional business development, and establish good cooperative relationships with partners in the region (authorized store collaborators, suppliers, etc.).

  • Regional Store Planning and Expansion: Responsible for planning the store system and building stores in the assigned area, collaborating with store expansion efforts to achieve regional store establishment goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales or retail industry and over 2 years of regional management experience; experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.

  • Familiar with international market retail operating models, with successful cases of regional business expansion and management.

  • English can be used as a working language.

  • Possess project management skills and the ability to efficiently drive the implementation of various tasks.
