Develop and monitor monthly and annual demand forecasts using historical data and sales/marketing input.
Design effective product allocation strategies for both distributor and OEM channels.
Ensure strong coordination between production, logistics, and commercial teams for efficient supply planning.
Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turnover) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the Head of Manufacturing to align production capacity with demand plans
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role (FMCG)
Proven track record in managing multi-plant operations and high-volume distribution.
Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and forecasting tools.
Knowledge of supply chain digitalization & continuous improvement methodologies (Lean & Six Sigma).
