About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their growing team in Jakarta.
As the Product Manager Electronics (Kitchen & Water Heater), you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development and growth of Midea's kitchen & water heater product line. This is a full-time, office-based role in the heart of Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Midea's kitchen & water heater range to meet business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales and engineering teams to bring new products to market
- Manage the product life cycle, including planning, pricing, promotion and post-launch analysis
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management
- Support the launch of new water heater products through product training and go-to-market strategies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business or Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, ideally within the electronics or home appliances industry
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian kitchen & water heater market, including customer trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of launching successful new products or product enhancements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
