The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting end-to-end process of monthly contract review (October, November, December, January)
- Leading the end-to-end process of organizational restructuring process (quality control, drafting Internal Memo, updating organization chart & directory, inputting new Job-Code)
- Registering new joiners to Ruangkerja account & the mandatory courses
- Assisting in Learning & Development process (TNA, training schedule & administration, etc)
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR operations
