RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and control all depot activities, including administration, inventory management, storage, and product delivery.
- Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication and coordination with external parties.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets set by management.
- Handle complaints and depot-related issues effectively and professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Depot Head or Assistant Depot Head.
- Strong understanding of depot operational activities.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Honest, persistent, humble, and hardworking.
- Placement in Jember.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
