About the Role
As a Project Lead, you will oversee software development projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and stakeholders) to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum) to optimize workflow and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and challenges, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Project management certifications are a plus.
