Role Overview
APSCA-certified (CSCA) professionals to conduct social compliance audits of factories, assessing adherence to client supplier codes of conduct, international human rights standards and most important local labor, workplace safety, and environmental laws. Involves travel up to 80% and requires clear writing, detailed audit reports in English.
Key Responsibilities
- When conducting social compliance audit, represent the company with integrity, skill and professionalism
- Following all requirements indicated in the client specific procedures, auditor training and management directives
- Execute accurate, objective and high-quality social compliance audits
- Deliver first rate audit services and end products such as audit recaps, reports and other client specific reporting tools
- Plan, organize and prioritize work efficiently; be prepared to travel and plan trips with short notice according to company policy and requirements
- Updated and understand client codes of conduct, international human rights standards, local labor, wage and safety laws; and labor contract
- Provide support, communication and training as needed to your partner(s), when working in an audit team.
Qualification
- A member of APSCA is a MUST, CSCA status and in good standing
- Experienced with Social Compliance auditing for minimum 5 (five) years
- BSCI or RBA certified is an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to audit location even on weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
