We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Hospital Information Management System (SIM-RS). As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key features within the SIM-RS. Your role will ensure that the system meets the evolving needs of healthcare providers while aligning with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance a product that streamlines hospital operations, improves patient care, and supports administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a long-term vision and strategy for the Hospital Information Management System (SIM-RS) that aligns with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize user needs into clear product goals and a well-defined roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and steer the product roadmap
- Lead the product backlog to ensure feature development aligns with user requirements and company strategy.
- Oversee the successful delivery of product features, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Initiate ideas and strategies that bring a high impact to the business, driving product innovations and improvements.
- Take responsibility for addressing client concerns, including questions, issues, and requests related to the product.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in healthcare technology.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business priorities and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role, preferably with experience in hospital/healthcare management systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient management workflows, and hospital administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take ownership and accountability for product development.
- Fully available for work on-site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
