Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall logistics/warehouse management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics/warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement procedures, workflows and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities
  • Plan, implement and monitor strategies for optimized utilization of space and delivery of goods
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain and control the safety, hygiene, and security standards of the warehouse
  • Compile daily reports and statistics
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Constantly look into cost savings and process improvement opportunities, and develop execution plans

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role in FMCG Company (F&B experience is an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, cycle counting, cost estimation, stock management (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and 3PL management
  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP and MS Excel
  • Ability to lead and manage individuals or team, to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate reports
  • Literate in speaking and writing in English
