Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.

  • Provide guidance on employee engagement and performance-related issues.
  • Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.

  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage payroll systems and ensure timely and accurate compensation.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits packages.
  • Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.

  • Conduct audits of HR practices and policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • HR Strategy:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.

Qualification :

  • Mini have 5-10 years work experiences as HR
  • Can speak mandarin or english it's a must
  • Bachelor Degree any field
  • Willing to working under preasure
