Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager / Assistant Manager Export-Import, located in Grobogan. The role involves managing and overseeing export-import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and suppliers. It also includes preparing shipping and customs documents, managing logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods across borders.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of export and import laws, international trade regulations, and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in supply chain management, customs procedures, and logistics operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing relationships with vendors, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Analytical skills for problem-solving, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with trade policies
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing export-import operations
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within an export-import or manufacturing business is preferred
