Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce with proven track record of managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience handling team (plus point).
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of: Ecommerce Ads data and Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, E-commerce Platforms (Shopee/TikTok Shop/Tokopedia)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to WFO in DWIMITRA Office, Pluit North Jakarta.

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms Shopee, TikTok and Tokopedia.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze store traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Design) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative e-commerce sales solutions.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics; providing actionable insights for strategy adjustment.
