Responsibilities
- Designing a variety of visual materials
- Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity that aligns with the Lion Parcel's brand guidelines & values
- Working closely with Marketing & other departments to understand project requirements and create designs that meet business objectives
- Generating creative concepts and ideas for campaigns & projects, and developing them into finished designs
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality designs within established timelines
- Ensuring that all design files are correctly formatted for both print and digital use
- Ensuring all designs meet the company's quality standards and are consistent across all mediums.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Design & Visual Communication
- Having 1 year experiences in Branding/Creative Design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Capcut
- Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs
- Experience with digital platforms, including social media graphics and motion graphics design principles
- Precision in design work and a keen eye for detail
- Willing to be contracted under Outsourcing.
