Responsibilities

  • Designing a variety of visual materials
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity that aligns with the Lion Parcel's brand guidelines & values
  • Working closely with Marketing & other departments to understand project requirements and create designs that meet business objectives
  • Generating creative concepts and ideas for campaigns & projects, and developing them into finished designs
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality designs within established timelines
  • Ensuring that all design files are correctly formatted for both print and digital use
  • Ensuring all designs meet the company's quality standards and are consistent across all mediums.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Design & Visual Communication
  • Having 1 year experiences in Branding/Creative Design
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Capcut
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Experience with digital platforms, including social media graphics and motion graphics design principles
  • Precision in design work and a keen eye for detail
  • Willing to be contracted under Outsourcing.
