Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education Senior High School or Diploma (preferably in Engineering).
  • Normal color vision (not color blind).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Communicative, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection and ability to operate QC measurement tools (for Quality Operator).
  • Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (for Production Material Operator).
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Willing to work in shifts and comply with company rules and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify and report any abnormalities or process issues immediately.
  • Handle, move, and deliver materials or products to the next process accurately and on time (for Material Operator).
  • Follow Shift Leader's instructions related to production and quality activities.
  • Record and report all test data accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace in accordance with 6S principles.
  • Support quality-related activities such as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), customer complaint handling, and special testing (for Quality Operator).
  • Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the production line.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
