Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Senior High School or Diploma (preferably in Engineering).
- Normal color vision (not color blind).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Communicative, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and ability to operate QC measurement tools (for Quality Operator).
- Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (for Production Material Operator).
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Willing to work in shifts and comply with company rules and safety procedures.
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify and report any abnormalities or process issues immediately.
- Handle, move, and deliver materials or products to the next process accurately and on time (for Material Operator).
- Follow Shift Leader's instructions related to production and quality activities.
- Record and report all test data accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace in accordance with 6S principles.
- Support quality-related activities such as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), customer complaint handling, and special testing (for Quality Operator).
- Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the production line.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
