Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across a variety of roles. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records and enhancing employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Ability to develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience in recruitment within tech, IT, or related industries is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
