DYVA Beauty Bar is an affordable luxury Beauty Bar in Bekasi, focused on delivering high-quality beauty services with a personalized touch. As we expand our brand and operations, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the founder in managing business operations and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating business expansion activities
- Conduct location surveys for new branches
- Oversee and supervise on-site construction or renovation projects
- Perform regular checks on operational systems and SOP implementation
- Monitor and report on income and expense flows
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory & stock ordering
- Support light HR tasks, such as team attendance monitoring and coordination
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize business documents
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Provide weekly progress reports to the owner
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar – nonnegotiable)
- D3/S1 degree in Management, Communications, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong coordination and research skills
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Based in Bekasi or willing to be mobile around the area
- English communication skills are a plus
