Job Description:

  • Handle strategic sourcing, finding, and evaluating suppliers for medical items (such as, drugs, medical device, and medical supplies)
  • Conduct effective negotiation with suppliers/vendors and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising the quality.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
  • Manage and coordinate the fulfilment of medical items needs for 
    new hospitals project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / etc.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Procurement Coordinator / Lead / Supervisor
  • Background procurement in Hospital / Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare industry
  • Proven experience developing and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Have a high motivation, fast response, results-focused, and act with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong in sourcing vendors and negotiation skill
  • Familiar in using SAP system for procurement process
  • Exceptional time management and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
