Our client is a Singapore-headquartered training institution at the forefront of AI, robotics, and coding education in Southeast Asia.

They are hiring a
Project & IT Specialist
to drive the simplification, standardisation, and systemisation of internal processes. If you are a systems thinker with strong IT skills and an understanding of how education programs run, this is your opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes in scaling high-impact education programs.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Systems Implementation

  • Streamline internal workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Implement and integrate IT tools across departments
  • Drive data accuracy and process consistency

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors for educational and operational supplies
  • Ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement

Logistics & Inventory Coordination

  • Oversee logistics for program delivery, including kits, materials, equipment, and software.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate distribution across locations
  • Ensure educators are fully equipped before every program

Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with the admin, marketing, and event teams as needed

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, EdTech, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Project & IT Management (preferably in EdTech or education)
  • Solid understanding of education operations and IT system integration
  • Hands-on experience with systems such as School Management System, Learning Management System, Human Resource Management System, Inventory Management System and etc
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
