They are hiring a
Project & IT Specialist
to drive the simplification, standardisation, and systemisation of internal processes. If you are a systems thinker with strong IT skills and an understanding of how education programs run, this is your opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes in scaling high-impact education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Systems Implementation
- Streamline internal workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Implement and integrate IT tools across departments
- Drive data accuracy and process consistency
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors for educational and operational supplies
- Ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Oversee logistics for program delivery, including kits, materials, equipment, and software.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate distribution across locations
- Ensure educators are fully equipped before every program
Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with the admin, marketing, and event teams as needed
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, EdTech, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Project & IT Management (preferably in EdTech or education)
- Solid understanding of education operations and IT system integration
- Hands-on experience with systems such as School Management System, Learning Management System, Human Resource Management System, Inventory Management System and etc
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
