Requirements
- Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Public University in Indonesia any major
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, especially to Director will be a plus
- Good communication skill in English (verbal and written) is a must, Mandarin is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills
- Holds SIM A License
- Able in doing multi-task job and good time management
- Willing to do Business trip
- Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms, prepares and sequences agendas
- Assist Director in managing daily administrative
- Prepare correspondence letters, memos, minutes of meeting and/or reports, and handle confidential documents.
