Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end business development initiatives from market analysis, solution proposal, negotiation, to deal closure
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and product expansion in IT solutions (B2B & B2G)
  • Drive strategic planning to support company growth and competitive positioning
  • Conduct business and financial risk assessments for new initiatives and ongoing projects
  • Manage multiple divisions to align commercial and operational execution
  • Develop and maintain strong client and partner networks, including government, enterprise, and industry stakeholders
  • Monitor business performance against KPIs and recommend improvement actions
  • Prepare executive-level proposals, business cases, and pitching materials for clients and leadership
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related fields (Master's is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development Manager within IT, software, or technology-driven industries
  • Strong knowledge in B2B and/or B2G sales processes, especially long-cycle enterprise or government projects
  • Solid understanding of strategic planning and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Established client and partner networking across relevant industries
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and identify market opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Open to travel for client visits, partnership development, and project coordination
