Job Description:
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with Outcome-Based Education (OBE). This role also involves conducting research, producing scholarly publications, and supporting institutional development through strategic initiatives, policy implementation, and quality assurance activities. The position requires strong engagement in both academic and industry collaboration to enhance the relevance and excellence of the Business & Management Study Program.
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Business and Management.
- Develop and update curriculum in accordance with accreditation and OBE standards.
- Conduct academic research and publish in reputable journals.
- Supervise student research and academic projects.
- Support the Head of Department in strategic planning, policy development, and quality assurance processes.
- Build partnerships with industry and contribute to applied research or consulting projects.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and other academic or institutional activities.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Business, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum academic rank of Lektor (Assistant Professor).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong academic background with proven teaching, research, and publication experience.
- Industrial experience in the management field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in curriculum design and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in research grants, publications, or collaborative industry projects.
