  • Policy & Compliance Administration : Administer and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational needs while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Onboarding & Orientation : Conduct new hire onboarding, including orientation programs, induction training, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Payroll Management : Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for all business entities under Mega Lifesciences Indonesia.
  • Performance & Employee Relations : Support department heads in evaluating performance, mediating disputes, and implementing improvement plans to ensure a fair and effective workplace.
  • Labor Relations : Manage union-related matters including handling grievances, negotiations, and administration of labor agreements.
  • Organizational Development : Develop and align departmental goals with company vision; streamline HR processes, evaluate compensation structures, and assist in budget planning.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure full adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication : Promote a harmonious work environment through effective internal communication and prompt resolution of employee concerns, grievances, and misconduct issues.
