Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist. You will be fully responsible for payroll calculation, BPJS management, and employee recruitment in the Semarang area. The successful candidate will be the core of our local HR operations, possessing proven experience in mass recruitment of production line workers and recruiting bilingual (Chinese-English) talent for key company positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Administration (40%):

  • Accurately and timely process monthly payroll, including related attendance, allowances, and deductions.
  • Manage employee BPJS (Health Insurance and Employment Insurance) registration, contributions, data updates, and claim assistance.
  • Maintain and manage employee personnel files, ensuring the completeness and confidentiality of all documents.

Recruitment & Placement (60%):

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for roles ranging from production operators to office staff (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, etc.).
  • Core Focus: Develop and execute effective strategies to rapidly recruit a large number of qualified production workers to meet production demands.
  • Utilize various channels (including online job portals, manpower agencies, job fairs) to build a talent pool.
  • Core Focus: Responsible for recruiting staff with Chinese communication skills (e.g., translators, roles interfacing with Chinese teams) and conducting basic competency assessments.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Specialist in an Indonesian company. Must be proficient in payroll calculation and end-to-end BPJS operations.
  • Core Experience Requirements:

  • Must possess verified experience in successfully recruiting a large volume of production workers within short timeframes (e.g., for new factory setups or production lines).

  • Must possess experience in recruiting candidates proficient in Chinese.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Basic proficiency in Chinese will be a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with existing local recruitment networks and resources in Semarang are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and other relevant government regulations.
