About the Assignment:
The own media channel is the most valuable property with the highest traffic in the companys available channels. Your job is to become the owner of the channel and as the bridge between the stakeholders and the company channel properties. This includes managing campaign calendars, understanding every objective from the campaign that is requested by our stakeholders, and delivering the solution and taking learning from the campaign for further improvement or creating a playbook.
Responsibilities:
- Developing multi-channel / communication plans to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage campaign calendar
- Understand the daily lives of customers through analytics and research to be able to develop actionable in-app content strategy
- Working with stakeholders to define strategy and define an action plan.
- Working cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and agencies.
- Coordinating the best time and best action marketing across channels.
- Refining segmentations and testing effectiveness.
- Integrating campaign analytics/insights into decision making.
- Infuse local market knowledge into campaign performance insights and optimization roadmap Ensure quality of offers and incentives to drive campaign results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or in-app marketing in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Experience in creating creative, technical campaign briefs and project management.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management tools, lifecycle design, and experimentation techniques.
- Familiarity with personalized campaign communication channels, offer design tools.
- Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator.
- Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
