Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Mechanical Quality Engineer)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement standardized process systems for pre‑production design reviews and industrialization management of new vehicle models.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive dimensional control system for both vehicle and components to achieve and continuously improve precision targets.
  • Develop, implement, and govern the engineering change control process to ensure standardized execution and risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain a robust process technology management system to guarantee manufacturing stability and continuous optimization.
  • Lead capacity expansion, efficiency improvement, and process optimization projects to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Responsible for streamlining and optimizing the end‑to‑end Bill of Materials (BOM) management process to ensure data accuracy and enhance cross‑functional collaboration efficiency.
  • Oversee all departmental operations and team management, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality/​process/​project management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in core quality management systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
  • Demonstrated strong capabilities in system and process construction, cross‑functional coordination, and strategic execution.
  • Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
