Job Overview
The Marketing Communication Associate will support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across campaigns, media, partnerships, and community engagement. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, and consistent reporting on marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while contributing creative ideas and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing, promotional, and PR strategies to support music releases, events, and entertainment programs.
Plan and manage online and offline campaigns, including budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
Act as the primary liaison for media relations, maintaining strong networks with journalists, influencers, and KOLs.
Prepare and distribute press materials, and coordinate media activities such as interviews, press conferences, and visits.
Generate creative ideas for promotional content and event activations, while providing clear briefs for design, copywriting, and multimedia production.
Collaborate with creative, social media, and third-party teams to manage digital content calendars and audience engagement across platforms.
Build strategic partnerships with media platforms, brands, and communities to maximize exposure and collaboration opportunities.
Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and community engagement, delivering regular reports and insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
– Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or PR within the entertainment, media, or creative industry. - Promotion & Campaign Management
– Proven ability to develop and execute online/offline promotional campaigns, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance. - Media Relations & External Communications
– Strong network and experience in handling media partners, journalists, influencers, and KOLs; skilled in preparing press releases, media kits, and managing interviews/press events. - Creative & Content Development
– Ability to generate creative ideas, prepare clear briefs, and collaborate with creative/social media teams to produce engaging digital content. - Partnership & Third-Party Media Management
– Experience in identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating media placements, coordinating sponsorships, and overseeing third-party deliverables. - Public Relations & Community Building
– Skilled in executing PR strategies, growing audience/fan communities, and managing engagement initiatives such as events, meet & greet, or online activations. - Monitoring & Reporting
– Strong analytical skills to conduct media monitoring, social listening, and prepare comprehensive reports on promotional effectiveness and audience engagement. - Communication & Language Skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
