Qualification

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role, preferably within a sports club, gym, or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high attention to detail, especially when managing complex schedules and transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Able to speak and understand English is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with digital booking software, POS systems, and basic office applications (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel).
  • A professional, friendly, and the ability to handle high-traffic periods with patience and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (shift work).

Responsibilities
- Customer & Guest Service: Warmly greet and check-in all players, providing information about court availability, pricing, and club facilities & Events.
- Booking Management: Efficiently manage all court reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the club's Booking software.
- Guest Relation : Handle phone, email, and walk-in bookings including replying one on one direct message.
- Cashier/Sales: Process payments for court fees, membership sign-ups, equipment rentals (rackets, balls), and pro-shop merchandise using the POS system.
- Administrative Support: Manage phone lines, respond to general inquiries via email/WhatsApp, maintain player databases, and assist with basic reporting (daily usage, sales records).
- Facility Readiness: Ensure the front desk, waiting area, and surrounding facility (including restrooms) are consistently tidy, clean, and well-presented.
- Coordination: Liaise effectively with Padel Coaches, Facility Maintenance staff, and Management to resolve issues and ensure the daily schedule runs on time.
