Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Create marketing materials and communication content in both
Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia - Build and maintain relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and media contacts
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and goals
- Conduct market research and provide insights into trends relevant to Mandarin-speaking audiences
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, brand sentiment, and media exposure
- Support brand collaborations, public relations efforts, and international brand outreach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or related roles
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident in engaging with clients, partners, and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, detail-oriented, and in tune with media, digital, and cultural trends
