ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in a fast-paced or quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and service recovery.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Responsibilities
Support Daily Operations
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift handovers.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the implementation of customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle escalated customer issues in the absence of the Store Manager.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure staff compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Conduct routine checks to maintain store cleanliness and equipment functionality.
