HR Recruitment:

  • Responsible for MPP fulfilling and handling end-to-end recruitment
  • Cordinating with users in fulfilling the MPP
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Conducting psychological test
  • Attend job fairs and events

Qualifications for HR Recruitment:

  • Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
  • Min. have 2 years working experiences as Corporate Recruiting
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Enthusiasm for lifelong learning
  • Good with administration task
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

OR

HR Learning & Development (Training) :

  • Identifying, organizing, and conducting training by evaluating company's needs, strengths, and weaknesses
  • Doing training needs analysis and creating the modules
  • Conducting training for employees
  • Conducting new employee orientation
  • Planning and executing training yearly plan
  • Cordinating with training vendors if needed

Qualifications for HR Learning & Development (Training) :

  • Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
  • Min. have 2 years working experiences as Corporate Trainer
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Enthusiasm for life long learning
  • Good with administration task
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

OR

HR Organizational Development:

  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments
  • Assess and map high potentials talent, and build development programs. Responsible for employee assessment activities for any need (mapping, rotation, transfer, promotion or demotion)
  • Analyze job positions and do research about scope of work in each position for making job description
  • Handling HR projects based on company's needs. Works collaboratively with the organization (departments/functional) leaders and other HR team to develop and implement OD solutions and programs
  • Conducting psychological test if needed
  • Actively engages, giving feedback, coaching employees in the team effectiveness process, and career progression

Qualifications for HR Organizational Development:

  • Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
  • 1–2 years experience in Organizational Development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal and collaborative
  • Familiar in creating organizational structure, job description, job analysis, job evaluation, and manpower planning (preferable)
  • Have excellent knowledge of using Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
