Client Details: Japanese Building Materials Manufacturing

Job Description:

  • Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, constructions, etc
  • Present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement
  • Maintain relationships with customers by giving customer service and support, information and guidance to our range of products.
  • Conduct group presentation to consultants such as architects and developers.
  • Assist consultants in preparing for technical specification and tender documents for projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Minimum 2 years in Sales/ Marketing related experiences
  • Able to speak in English fluently
  • Having databases and experiences dealing with Residentials/ Developers/ Contractors/ Architectural Firms/ Interior Designers Firms, etc
  • Preferably possess a driving license and a car to visit clients, architects, developers regularly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Power Point required
