a Field Service Engineer, supporting our packaging material on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines.
  • Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility.
  • Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up.
  • Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines is mandatory.
  • Experience with downstream equipment is preferred.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.
Languages

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Business Travel

Willing to travel to countries within the ASEAN region; must hold a valid passport and applicable visas.
