  • Create and implement material Training Program to match competency needs
  • Ensure the training material is up-to-date, deliver training and mentoring programs to all department or division
  • Assist to search of training provider based on company training needs
  • Conduct & evaluate training program based on TNA
  • Ensure implementation of training activities can be completed smoothly
  • Survey the company's internal training needs and confirm the needs with the immediate superiors
  • Manage employee training files, prepare training reports and analysis report

REQUIREMENT

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree preferred major from Psychology or related
  • Having minimum 3-5 years experience in quality and training, experience in developing and executing training programs
  • Proven experience minimum 2 years as Coordinator or Team Leader
  • Having knowledge regarding strategic HR (OD/PM/C&B)
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal, social, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and self-leadership skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
